Recognizing the benefits of real estate, I bought my first rental property in the early 1980s. Buying and selling my own properties has given me valuable knowledge that will help you. I started WatchDOG LLC, both a Property Management and Home Watch company with over 25 years of customer service and property management experience. We take pride in listening to and understanding the needs of the individual home and business owner and have the ability to help them with all of their property management needs while they are away. As a Project Manager in numerous property enhancements projects, as well  maintaining close interaction with vendors, manufacturers, law enforcement, fire inspectors, and using current technology, you can be assured  your property will be well taken care of.

Our employees are particularly interested in our clients; we tailor our inspections to your needs, offering the home or business owner the flexibility they deserve. I would like to emphasize that WatchDOG LLC is a professional bonded and insured company, focused on providing individual home and business inspection services. We email your reports along with a dated photo to you after each inspection. We are not just a friend or family member who “says” they will look in on your property! Unfortunately it is not until after something goes wrong and your friends and family members are put out, feelings are hurt, friendships are lost, that you become our best client.
